SEL practices secure supply chain management and helps our customers and partners comply with all applicable supply chain and cybersecurity standards. This includes meeting DFAR supply chain security and risk management clauses.Our manufacturing, research, and business facilities are protected by layered cybersecurity defenses and stringent physical security measures. The information security, quality, safety, and environmental management systems that underpin SEL research, development, manufacturing, and corporate environments are each certified to internationally recognized standards by the British Standards Institution (BSI). SEL makes its electronic devices in America, in facilities we own and operate. Printed circuit boards (PCBs) are sourced from our own state-of-the-art facility in Moscow, Idaho, as well as from other American manufacturing partners.We thoroughly review and test the code that goes into our products. Source code is continually monitored for new threats. We notify our customers of updates and security patches for the full life of the product. We distribute software and firmware updates directly to our customers via secure file transfer, and their authenticity and integrity are verifiable through digital signatures and cryptographic hashes.

If any product fails under warranty, we’ll repair or replace it for free.
